FROZEN CARAMEL CHEESECAKE
Crust:
1/2 cup melted butter
1 1/2 cups graham crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
Mix and press into a 9-10 inch spring form pan.
Whip 500 ml of whip cream. Set aside.
Filling:
8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
Cream well so it is smooth. Be sure to scrape bottom of bowl as well.
2/3 cup caramel sauce
1 can sweetened condensed milk
Mix 3 ingredients well, scrape bottom of bowl, make sure there are no lumps.
Add about 3/4 cup skor bits.
Gently mix in or fold in the whipped cream.
Pour on top of crust.
Drizzle caramel sauce on top.
Sprinkle about 1/2 cup skor bits on top.
Melt 3/4 - 1 cup white chocolate chips. Drizzle on top.
Cover and freeze solid, about 8 hours.
