A big salute & thanks to Namma KSRTC bus drivers who take us to our destinations safely.
This is the 3rd part of my video (captured with my Nikon B700) of the wonderful rain drenched scenery along the way while on my way to Udupi from Chikmagalur by a Namma KSRTC bus to attend a friend's wedding. It was reported in the TV news channels that landslides had occurred is several places due to heavy rains in the ghats. All the landslides were cleared efficiently by the authorities in just a couple of days. However, the roads were pothole ridden & the ride was very risky especially because of the thick fog that engulfs the entire region during this season.
Monsoon brings life to the dry dusty parched landscape turning everything into lush green....so soothing to the eyes. I hope you'll enjoy watching this video as much as I did capturing it. More so because this was my first attempt at capturing the video through the cabin...it certainly was thrilling & scary at the same time.
