Masala Tea
Serve 2
-Tea leaves 2 & 1/2 tsp as per requirement
-Milk 1 cup (doodh)
-Sugar 2 &1/2 tsp or as per requirement (cheeni)
-Cinnamon roll 2 inch (dear cheeni)
-Black pepper 1&1/2 tsp (kali mirchay)
-Green Cardamom 2 &1/2 tbs (choti illaichi)
-Black Cardamom 2 (bari illaichi)
-Cloves 1 tsp (laung)
-Fannel seeds 2 tbs (saunf)
-Star anise 1(badiyan ka phool)
-Nut meg 1/2 piece (jaifil)
-Dry Ginger 1&1/2 inch piece (saunth)
Directions:
-Dry roast all Ingredients, star anise, fannel seeds, Green & Black cardamom, nutmeg, cloves, black pepper, Cinnamon roll, dry roast for 6-7 minutes, let them cool & Grind them make a fine powder, store that powder in air tight container.
-For 2 cup tea Boil 1 cup water then add tea leaves 2 &1/2 tsp or ( as per requirement) Cook tea properly approximately 10 minutes on medium to low flame let release all tea leaves colour then add 1 cup milk again mix well and cook on medium to low flame for 6-7 minutes.
- Now add Chai masala 1/4th tsp mix well and cook for 5 more minutes.
- Tea is ready serve with any snack. . . & ENJOY🤷♂️
