材料 ingredients
300g 肉碎（半肥瘦）300g minced pork

腌制10分钟 marinate for 10mins with
1/4茶匙盐 1/4 tsp salt
半茶匙麻油 1/2 tsp sesame oil
一粒鸡蛋 1 egg
少许胡椒粉 Dash of pepper
1-2汤匙薯粉 1-2 tbsp corn flour

酱汁 sauce
1-2茶匙妈蜜酱 1-2 tsp Marmite paste
1茶匙糖 1 tsp sugar
1-2茶匙酱清 1-2 tsp soy sauce
1-2茶匙蜜糖 1-2 tsp honey
1茶匙蚝油 1 tsp oyster sauce
1茶匙薯粉 1 tsp corn flour

芝麻点缀 Garnish with roast sesame seeds
