सामग्री :
जिमीकंद - १ कप (Suran)
खीरा - १ कप
कच्चा केला - १
सहजन - 2
आलू - १
चिचिंडा - ½ कप
गाजर - ½ कप
चवली की फली - ४, कटी हुई
फिलयाँ (बीन्स) - ५, कटी हुई
टमाटर - २
हरी मिर्च - ४
करी पत्ते - ३-४ टहनी
हल्दी - ½ छोटी चमच
लाल मिर्च पाउडर - ½ छोटी चमच
नािरयल तेल
किसा हुआ नािरयल - १ कप
जीरा - १ छोटी चमच
नमक - १ छोटी चमच


Ingredients :
Elephant yam (Suran) - 1 Cup, chopped
Madras Cucumber - 1 Cup, chopped
Raw Banana - 1, chopped
Drumsticks - २, chopped
Potato - 1, chopped
Snake gourd - ½ Cup, chopped
Carrot - ½ Cup, chopped
Yardlong bean - 4, chopped
Beans - 5, chopped
Tomato - 2
Green chilli - 4
Curry leaves - 3-4 sprig
Turmeric - ½ Tsp
Red chilli powder - ½ Tsp
Coconut oil
Grated coconut - 1 Cup
Cumin - 1 Tsp
Salt - 1 Tsp (as per taste)
