Ingredients
Broth
1,5-2.0kg Pork Knuckle (bone-in)
250g yellow onion
150g Carrot
100g Celery
40 White peppercorn or 2,5g
20-25 Allspicecorn or 2g
15g Thyme
4-5 Bay leafs
8 pieces cloves (less then 1g)
3000ml water
Yellow pea soup
500g yellow peas
All of your pork broth (should be around 500ml) plus 1.500ml water or the amount you need until you have 2,000ml of water and broth in the pot.
1,5 tbsp or 2,5g marjoram
1/2 tbsp or 1,3g thyme
1/2 or 10g tbsp salt
