What does 4 days backpacking in Banff National Park really look like?

This was my first time spending over one night in the wilderness and although I was nervous about it, it was all worth it in the end. I pushed myself and went out of my comfort zone to experience what it's like being off-grid, completely surrounded by nature and gained a whole new appreciation I didn't have before for hiking. The weather wasn't on our side, it was raining and freezing cold. But I would do it all over again.
