In this part two video Dr. Dalton will go over some exercises to help with your upper back and neck.
Door Way Pec Stretch
Perform by hold for 10 seconds then relaxing, repeat 3 times for that set, repeat 3 times per day. Making sure to keep your neck neutral
Wall Assisted Shoulder Stretch
Perform by hold for 10 seconds then relaxing, repeat 3 times for that set, repeat 3 times per day. Making sure to keep your neck neutral!
Modified Cat/Cow
Position hands under shoulders and knees under hips. Arch your back pushing your shoulder blades out, while keeping your arms straight and tuck your chin and hips. Dip your back while brings your shoulder blades down and back together.
