Circles of Practice with Kathryn - #1 - Celebration

Welcome to Circles of Practice with Kathryn!

Kathryn has been offering a weekly global Mindful Self-Compassion Meditation Practice for almost two years now. When the pandemic shook the world, Kathryn, along with other Senior MSC Certified Teachers, volunteered to hold a loving, meditative space for anyone who needed support during Lockdown. Since April 2020, hundreds of people from all over the world have been coming together to meditate.

We thought this would be the perfect time to begin sharing Kathryn’s loving guidance and self-compassion reflections as she celebrates her birthday! You are warmly invited to explore this week’s topics of learning at our own pace, personal growth and self-nourishment and celebration.

Warning, this video contains a lot of joy, fresh flowers, balloons and oodles of love!

If you’d like to join Kathryn LIVE each week for 45 minutes. Simply click the link (https://signup.centerformsc.org/) to be taken to the signup page of the Center of Mindful Self-Compassion. You will be able to join as many times as you wish and meet other amazing teachers from around the world 7 days a week at 5am, 7am and 4pm Pacific Time. Kathryn usually gives the Monday 7am PT / 3pm UK time practice. There is no charge for this service, however if you can manage a donation to the CMSC this will be warmly welcomed to help continue the work of the center.
