Hi everyone. So for this weekend i made some white sauce pasta. i wanted to say upfront that this is *NOT THE AUTHENTIC TRADITIONAL ALFREDO PASTA SAUCE*, so please do not get offended you Gourmet food lovers. I make the pasta sauce this way because its healthier than the instant pasta sauce we get in the market.
The dish itself is creamy, cheesy and has a variety of texture from the crunchy vegetables, tender chicken chunks and the creamy sauce. i used the fusilli pasta because it will carry more sauce on it than spaghetti.
