食譜:
披薩6個或4個
1杯=200ml
麵團:
68克*8個
或138克*4個
高筋麵粉300克(2++1/2杯)
水210克(1杯+2小勺)
酵母4克(1小勺)
鹽5克(1/2+1/3小勺)
白糖20克(4小勺)
橄欖油30克(2大勺)
或食用油
或黃油
表面:
番茄醬
馬蘇里拉芝士
容易烤熟的蔬菜
培根、火腿片、蝦仁、蟹柳
蛋黃醬
披薩麵餅
200°C
烘烤4~5分鐘
冰箱裡冷凍披薩取出後稍微解凍
烤箱中上層或者中層
(表面可以噴水)
上火200°C
下火180°C
烘烤15分鐘左右(參考時間)
Tips:
68克麵團展開尺寸直徑約16釐米
137克麵團展開尺寸直徑約20釐米
麵團揉好分割好後第一次發酵到2倍大
此過程如果用做麵包常用的耐高糖酵母,在室溫20°C用時約1.5~2小時
30°C大約1~1.5小時
如果用低糖酵母30°C溫度下大約1小時
冷凍後的披薩,取出後需要解凍到中心軟一些再來烘烤
烘烤前觀察麵餅表面顏色稍深可以噴水後再烘烤

Instant Yeast 4g(1 tsp)
Salt 5g(1/2+1/3 tsp)
Sugar 20g(4 tsp)
Olive oil 30g(2 tbsp)
Or cooking oil
Or butter

Mozzarella cheese
Easy Roasted Vegetables
Bacon, ham, shrimp, crab sticks
mayonnaise
Pizza dough
200°C
Bake for 4-5 minutes
Take the frozen pizza out of the refrigerator and thaw it slightly
Upper or middle rack of the oven
(Water can be sprayed on the surface)
Heat 200°C
Lower heat 180°C
Bake for about 15 minutes (reference time)
Tips:
68g dough, unfolded, about 16cm in diameter
137g dough, unfolded, about 20cm in diameter
After the dough is kneaded and divided, it will ferment for the first time until it doubles in size.
This process takes about 1.5 to 2 hours at room temperature of 20°C if using high-sugar tolerant yeast commonly used for bread making.
30°C about 1 to 1.5 hours
If using low-sugar yeast, about 1 hour at 30°C
After the frozen pizza is taken out, it needs to be thawed until the center is soft before baking.
Before baking, observe that the surface color of the dough is slightly darker, so you can spray water before baking.
