They discuss all aspects of living with a diagnosis of cardiomyopathy including the importance of good quality information and shared decision making.
Libby is Host and Trustee with Cardiomyopathy UK and has both a sister and father with HCM. Cardiomyopathy UK are the specialist national charity for people affected by cardiomyopathy, a condition that affects the heart muscle.
