No gym? No problem. Here’s a complete hotel-room workout you can do with ZERO equipment to stay lean and strong while you travel. 💪✈️
This full-body routine is perfect for busy men 30+ who want to keep burning fat and maintaining muscle on the road — even in a tiny hotel room.
🧱 WORKOUT STRUCTURE (NO EQUIPMENT)
• 6 bodyweight exercises
• 3 total rounds
• Reps: go close to failure each set
• Rest: 60 seconds between rounds
🔥 EXERCISES:
Push-Ups – chest, shoulders, triceps
Air Squats – quads, glutes, legs
Blackburns – upper back, posture
Glute Bridges – glutes & hamstrings
Dips (chair/bed) – triceps & chest
Plank – core and stability
Do this 3–4x per week while you travel to maintain your strength, burn calories, and avoid that “business trip belly.”
