Uganda has immense potential to successfully grow a number of non traditional cash crops. Avocado is one such crop. In Kenya, one farmer with 200 trees is earning up to $20,000 a month (over Shs.70 million) yet Uganda has better suited soils and weather for the crop. This is the story of Musubi Avocado farm in Mayuge District.
