Here We have given Stairs Exercise through which an athlete can improve the strength and endurance of his leg. With the help of stairs, an athlete can strengthen his leg muscles which will improve his performance.

This Video will help you with questions like

How many days one should practise strength & endurance exercise?
How to do Exercise on Stairs?

About the Exercise -
These are important to improve performance and get rid of injuries.
Strengthen muscles of the leg
Improve blood circulation
Improved muscle endurance to bear a load
Better recovery.
Better Performance.
Improve the load-bearing capacity of your leg muscles.

How to do the Stair Exercise:-
A beginner should start from 10 to 12 stairs with 10 to 15 min. Later on, you can increase your stairs. Include this stair exercise once in your week.
