In diesem Video zeigen wir euch den vierten Teil unseres VW T5/T6 Elektro-Umbaus. Der nächste große Schritt steht an: Der Tesla Model 3 Motor ist eingebaut – und der Unterboden wurde komplett frisch gemacht, entrostet, grundiert und neu versiegelt. Damit ist die Basis perfekt vorbereitet für die nächsten Schritte im Umbauprozess. Das Besondere:
Wir kombinieren den Model 3 Antrieb mit 330 PS mit einem modularen 82 kWh MEB-Batteriesystem, das direkt im neu aufgebauten Unterboden Platz findet. Das Kühlsystem wird über die originale Klimaanlage mitgeregelt, wodurch Ladeleistungen von bis zu 120 kW DC möglich sind – ideal für schnelle Zwischenstopps und hohe Alltagstauglichkeit. Neben Performance und Effizienz steht hier die Langlebigkeit im Fokus – dank Rostschutz, Versiegelung und optimaler Strukturfestigkeit.

Dank des Model 3 Antriebs mit 330 PS, der 82 kWh Batterie im Unterboden und dem über die Klimaanlage geregelten Cooling System entsteht ein Umbau, der die Robustheit des VW T5/T6 mit der Performance moderner Tesla-Technik verbindet – schnell ladend, alltagstauglich und technisch durchdacht. Ein Fahrzeug, das zeigt, wie aus einem klassischen Bulli ein zukunftsweisendes EV-Projekt wird – leistungsstark, modular und nachhaltig aufgebaut.

In this video, we present the fourth part of our VW T5/T6 electric conversion project. The major step is complete: the Tesla Model 3 drive unit is now installed, and the underbody has been fully refurbished, cleaned, primed, and sealed – the perfect foundation for the next stage of the build.
