We start off with some plyometrics involving reactive ability, then progress them into a series of split squat jumps. The goal is to train the body to be able to handle many disadvantageous position by exposing the athletes to cognitive elements as well as other external factors. We then get some testing done with the force plates, before moving into the lift! Hope you enjoy!
