Today we take a look at some of the way to progress your riding at Stillwell Woods on Long Island. This mountain bike trail system is probably the most popular on Long Island and many people start out mountain biking here. In this video, Max and I take a look at some ordinary parts of the trail and look for ways to spice up the trail and make it a bit more challenging for ourselves. It keeps old trails that we've been riding for 10 years a bit more interesting, so I thought I'd give this kind of a video a try. Maybe I'll do this at other popular trail systems throughout Long Island. Let me know what ya think!
