This class is all about creating balance between the hip flexors (front of the thigh) and the hip extensors (back of the thigh). Most of us sit a lot, resulting in short & weak hip flexors as well as short and weak hip extensors. This practice will reverse those patterns and create harmony in your beautiful legs. Warning: you may get a cramp!!!
