My Weight Loss Journey - One Year at My Target Weight (2 Stone 10lbs lost!)

Wow, here we are!
I have to admit typing this description makes me very proud, if you told me at my heaviest I would be here now, I wouldn't have believed you!

I have a whole playlist on my weight loss journey, I initially lost 2 stone (28lb) in 3 months and since then I have lost an additional 10lbs and I have maintained my exercise routine and weight loss for 12 months through Christmas, Birthday, Holidays, parties and everything in-between.
