Zentral in der Hauptstadt gelegen, beherbergt das Areal (wie eigentlich auch fast die ganze Stadt) zahlreiche obdachlose und drogenabhängige Menschen. Leider konnte mir niemand sagen, wozu die Gebäude einmal dienten.
Located in the heart of the capital, the area (like almost the entire city) is home to numerous homeless and drug addicts. Unfortunately, no one could tell me what the buildings were once used for.
