This is a 10 minutes guided meditation session for beginners. As the cozy winters are on full throttle, this in my opinion is an ideal time for a beginner to dive into this divine practice. Well, do not worry even if you have never meditated, in this 10 minutes session I will guide you at every step. Do not just watch this video, take a comfortable seat and let's meditate together.

Please note: This guided meditation is based on the Aana Paana technique of meditation which I had learnt 3 years ago in a 10 days Vipassana retreat program.

Just like you workout your muscles using dumbbells in a fitness centre, this 10 minutes guided meditation session is a way to workout your brain. Today, there are enough studies to prove that doing just 10 minutes of meditation daily greatly enhances the brain power, concentration and calmness.
