이 만두는 저의 할머니가 만드셨고 또 친정어머님가 만드시고 제가 만드는 3대째 내려오면서 만드는 레시피예요.
또 우리 딸들이 만들면 4대가 되계지요...ㅎㅎ
간돼지고기600g
간소고기300g
맛술2큰술
참기름 1큰술
간장2큰술
마늘 2큰술
생강 1작은술
두부800g
당근 한개
데친 배추500g
데친 숙주500g
충분히 불린당면 2줌
달걀 2개
대파 2대
간장 2큰술
참기름 2큰술
마늘 1큰술
소고기다시다 1작은술
후추
소금
만두피
These dumplings were made by my grandmother, then my mother and now, I make them so it is a recipe that is 3 generations old.
If my daughters make them, it would become 4 generations... lol
600g of ground pork
300g of ground beef
2Tbsp of cooking wine
1Tbsp of sesame oil
2Tbsp of soy sauce
2Tbsp of garlic
1tsp of ginger
800g of tofu
1 carrot
500g of parboiled cabbage
500g of parboiled bean sprouts
2 handfuls of soaked cellophane noodles
2 eggs
2 stalks of green onions
2Tbsp of soy sauce
2Tbsp of sesame oil
1Tbsp of garlic
1tsp of beef seasoning (dashida)
pepper
salt
