The Grilled Dessert I Always Make

If you’ve never made a dessert on the grill, Bread Pudding is the perfect thing to start with. And to level that up, try my Banana Bread Pudding with Maple Cream Sauce for the perfect treat to whip up after your main meal is finished on the grill.

Banana Bread Pudding Ingredients

1 Loaf of Bread (plus more)
3 Very Ripe Bananas
2 Eggs
1 cup Whole Milk
½ cup Brown Sugar
½ cup White Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
Pinch of Kosher Salt

Maple Cream Ingredients

8 oz Heavy Cream
2 tsp Maple Syrup
½ tsp Vanilla
