In this video, I did not do voice over because i do not like using my microphone that i have because the sound quality is horrible on it.
This is a very large beach-themed mansion placed in the new town, Sunlit Tides. The video starts off in Bridgeport but that is because when i started this house i did not have Sunlit Tides yet but i moved the house into the new town about halfway through the video.
This house fits a family of 4-5, and also a guest room which can fit 2 more. All the rooms are large and there are many hallways through the whole house.
The landscaping on this yard is meant to be a layed-back beach-theme kind of thing. It isn't so detailed with many levels and activities, but it is heavily forested with lots of tropical plants, trees, and flowers. There are 2 pools and 1 hot tub located on this lot, along with a 6-car garage that currently has 3 cars placed inside.
