The Sims 3 - Pet Friendly House

This house fits 3-4 sims, plus 2 pets. If you do no have the pets expansion pack, this house will not be good for you or wont be working very well when you download it because there's lots of pet items from that expansion pack (including the landscaping).

The upstairs is very open of this house, as the downstairs is more closed off to the rooms. This house includes 3 bathrooms, 2 laundry rooms, gym, living room, family room, kitchen, activity room, master bedroom, child girl bedroom, guest bedroom, and an office. The yard is very nice and large, and i did something a little bit different with it this time. There's a pathway that leads through the whole yard, which leads to all the activities that are outdoors.

This video is different then all my other videos. I originally wanted to do a house building video, so i deleted everything on the lot 1 by 1 and once i finished with that, i clicked undo and took a snapshot every time i clicked undo. I didn't know that my game only goes back 500 undos, so luckily i saved this house in my library before i did that so i placed the house back onto the empty lot and made this video, which is only the inside which is house building, and the outside is somewhat a fly through.

The main floor of the house (the wood) is from a house by Chrillsims3 that i downloaded (Pepilada 91). He made the floor so i give credit to him for that!
