This is not a bodybuilding pump. This is real strength training.
In this workout I use one 32 kg kettlebell and climb a power ladder:
1 left – 1 right
2 left – 2 right
3 left – 3 right
4 left – 4 right
5 left – 5 right
…then back down:
4–4, 3–3, 2–2, 1–1
Total: 50 strict kettlebell presses.
No machines. No fancy gym. Just raw strength and discipline.
This ladder overloads your shoulders, triceps, grip, core stability and mental toughness. If you think 32 kg is light – try this protocol and write your result in the comments.
