The year I had my biggest breakout performances was the year I started training slower; training my aerobic system. I used the formula from Maffetone's "Big Book of Endurance Training and Racing"

This year, I don't want to guess any more. I'm ready to get even MORE dialed in. I want to be sure I'm training at exactly the right intensity to maximize my gains for the time I spend on the water. To do this, I need to be training at the top of my aerobic threshold when I do aerobic paddles.
