3 šolje ovsenih pahuljica
1 šolja mešavine orašastih plodova i semenki po želji u videu lešnici i semenke golice
1 šolja seckanog suvog voća u videu kajsije, grožđe i brusnice
1 šolja kokosovog brašna ili listića kokosa
1 kašika cimeta
1 kašika arome vanile
malo soli
1/4 šolje maslaca, putera, kokosovo ili maslinovo ulje
1/4 šolje zaslađivača meda ili javorov ili agavin sirup
