Chest & Delt Workout:
Chest fly machine- 3 sets of 12-15 reps
Incline Bench (dumbbell or hammer strength)- 4 sets of 6-10 reps
Flat Bench (dumbbell or hammer strength)- 4 sets of 6-10 reps
Dips (weighted) or Chest Press Machine- 4 sets of 6-10 reps
Cable crossover (high to low)- 3 sets of 12-15 reps
Cable crossover (low to high)- 3 sets of 12-15 reps
Seated Shoulder Press (dumbbell or hammer strength)- 4 set of 6-10 reps
Seated Dumbbell Side Raise- 3 sets of 10-12 reps
Front Raise (with bar, dumbbell or cable)- 3 sets of 10-12 reps
Rear Delt Fly (with dumbbell)- 3 sets of 10-12 reps (each arm)
