Both of these vegetables are nutritious in value. They are rich in fibre as well that aids in digestion. We may not mention all the benefits. We will simply say they are a wonderful affordable fit for your vegetable needs in your diet. Mixing them makes your vegetables even more soft and tender. You therefore do not need to overcook them and lose your nutrients. In today's video, I show you how I make terere or amaranthus and sukuma wiki or collard greens without overcooking. I'm also not using any spices. You are however free to use your favorite spices if you love spices. I trust you will enjoy this recipe when you try it this way.
Enhance your hospitality for the glory of God.
