Let's build a powerful lower body on day 10 of the Ignite kettlebell series. Today's 30 min Lower Body Circuits Workout will strengthen all the muscles in your legs and glutes in 3 simple but very effective circuits. 45 seconds work per exercise, 15 seconds rest, repeat each circuit before moving on. You’re already ten days in, so grab your kettlebell, press play, and let’s smash that lower body! 💪🏼
Workout Description ⤵️
Warm up - 3.5 Mins, 30 seconds on each exercise
Main Section - 25 Mins, 3 Circuits, 4 Exercises in each (x 2 rounds) - 45 secs on, 15 secs off
Cool down - 3 Mins, 30 seconds on each exercise
