250g Chinese mustard greens 雪里蕻/ 雪里红/雪菜
80g edamame 毛豆
140g extra firm tofu 白豆干
250g snakehead fish fillet 黑鱼片
1 egg white 蛋清
1 tbsp corn starch 淀粉
1 tbsp cooking wine 料酒
Ginger 姜
Green onion 葱
Salt 盐
Avocado oil 酪梨油
Chicken broth/Water 鸡汤/水
