Get more out of your goals by simplifying them

I don't know we think having a massive list of goals is whats going to help us become successful

Its not

Its the focus we put towards 2-3 for the whole year

Yeah, those primary goals will have smaller tasks and things that need to be completed, but those aren't "goals"

Your goal should be the outcome you want from the work you're doing

get rid of those 15 things you want

narrow it down to 2-3

then set your timeline

and get to work
