Al DiMeola, the American jazz fusion guitarist and his band performs a cover/interpretation of the wonderful Beatles song Because with Al doing some classical guitar shredding in the coda, at the Plaza Live Theatre in Orlando, Florida on January 16, 2026. Because was written by John Lennon (although credited to the Lennon/McCartney partnership) and was the eighth track on Abbey Road, The Beatles eleventh (and last album they recorded, although Let It Be was their last release) studio album, released in September 1969. Al Di Meola covered Because on the third track on All You Life: A Tribute to the Beatles, Al Di Meola's studio album released in September 2013.
