Leg Workout:
Superset x4
8 close stance squats
8 sumo squats
(Start with a low weight, increase weight each set, decrease reps if needed)
Tri-set
8 wide stance hip thrusts
8 close stance hip thrusts
8 neutral body weight hip thrusts w/ 8 second hold at end
Seated or standing hamstring curls
10 each leg x3
Cable kick-backs
10 each leg x3
Abductor
20 x 3
Adductor
20 x 3
