BEEF CALDERETA RECIPE:
600 grams Beef chuck
1 large potato
1 medium Red bell pepper
1 large Red onion
1 medium carrot
2 large fresh tomato
2 pcs. green chili
6 cloves garlic
1 tbsp. dijon mustard
1 tsp. anato powder
1 tbsp. seasoning powder
2 tbsp. unsalted butter
3 tbsp. parmesan cheese
spring onion for garnish
salt and black pepper to taste
*put salt and black pepper to the beef befor cooking
*dont forget to stir and check the beef while
simmering for 1 hour.
*add water if needed
