1000 yard TT swim. 2x20 min bike at 95% FTP. 15 min run at race effort. How else would you want to spend your Saturday morning?
Olympic-distance triathlon season is upon us, and the first race of the year is just two weeks away. Watch Miguel crush his almost 3-hour training session (while Jenna films, almost falls into the pool, pets some puppies, gives a Fit Check, and attempts to keep up with Miguel on her bike while he sprints away). Despite having few races on our calendars this year, we feel so lucky to have an amazing pool + Mt. Tam backdrop for an otherwise pretty uneventful (read: boring, for Jenna, at least) workout. Who brings their trainer to the pool deck?!
