Join Amy for a review of the Bosch Universal Plus Stand Mixer MUM6N10UC. This is the update version of the Bosch Universal Mixer that is 6.5 quarts and 800 watts. We also have the optional bowl scraper, cookie paddles with metal hub, and the stainless steel bowl. We tested this mixer by using the whips to make whipped cream, the cookie paddles to make Peanut Butter Cookies, and the Dough Hook to make bread dough.
