Today's episode brings you ancient Roman "French Fries and Ketchup". These pastinacae and and Oenogarum are absolutely delicious. If I have only one complaint it would be that the "ketchup" is way too salty. However this can easily be remedied by reducing the amount of fish sauce used in the recipe.
Easy and fairly healthy, I absolutely recommend trying this recipe out.
