Welcome back to my channel! I’m so excited to share a highly requested video that’s close to my heart - what I eat in a day as a mom, busy model, and content creator. I receive so many requests daily from you
asking what helps me stay in shape and healthy. I will be honest - every day is unique, but my focus is always on nourishing my body with wholesome, delicious meals that keep me energized and full.

RECIPES FROM THE VIDEO :
WATERMELON, ARUGULA & FETA CHEESE SALAD
Ingredients:
4 cups watermelon, cut into bite-sized cubes
4 cups fresh arugula
1/2 cup pistachios, roughly chopped
1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 lemon, juiced
Salt to taste
Instructions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the watermelon cubes, arugula, chopped pistachios, and crumbled feta
cheese.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil and lemon juice. Season with salt to taste.
3. Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine, ensuring all ingredients are evenly
coated.
4. Serve immediately and enjoy the refreshing flavors of this tasty light salad!
