This 15 minute beginner yoga flow is a straightforward Vinyasa style practice that connects breath to movement with a focus on lower body and hips. This beginner flow skips grounding at the start and Savasana at the end to give you more space to explore breath and movement. Taking a few moments to check in with your breath beforehand and Savasana/rest afterward is always recommended.
During your practice, feel free to move into tabletop pose instead of downward dog at any time.
