Welcome to Day 1 (of 5 days) of Total Gym Summer Camp!
This follow along workout is a total body strength circuit designed to get you moving, energized, and ready for everything you do!
In case you want to do this workout on your own, here's directions of how to perform the series:
~Aim for 15-25 reps OR time each exercise for 45 seconds with a 15 sec rest to transition to the next exercise
~2+ sets
~minimal rest in-between exercises
