Ingredients:

1 small red bell pepper

1/2 cup wood ear mushroom,
2 blocks silken tofu (thawed and pressed after freezing)
oil for air frying
salt and pepper
1/3 cup chickpea mayonnaise
1 tbsp coconut aminos / soy sauce
1/4 cup fresh kalamansi juice
2 tbsp water
