Yoga for sleep. I created this video to help you get to sleep and stay asleep! These restorative yoga postures can be done on the mat or in bed. These yoga poses have helped me a lot with my insomnia.
It's specially designed for people living with chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, insomnia, lupus, lyme, and related illnesses. The entire sequence is done on the floor either lying down or seated. There are no standing postures.
I've curated all of these yoga poses for chronic illness. They can help you stretch and strengthen the body without causing a regression or making your symptoms worse.
