25 MIN DUMBBELL BACK AND BICEP Workout - Intense Upper Body

Looking for a solid back and biceps workout that won’t take up too much of your time? Here’s one of my favorite back and biceps exercises.
This 25-minute workout is simple, straightforward, and super effective.

It sure is! The pace is slow, focusing on lengthening and contracting the back and biceps muscles in that approximate hypertrophy rep range to build muscle!

You’ll feel the burn, see the progress, and still have time left over in your day.

The dumbbells I’m using for your reference are an 18-pound weight for the back exercises and 11 pounds each for the biceps portion of this workout!

The timer will be on for 45 seconds of work, with 15 seconds of rest.

▸ Time: 25 Min + Cool Down
▸ Equipment : Dumbbells
▸ Instructions: Follow along and complete as many reps as possible in 45 Seconds. After 15 seconds of rest continue to the next move.
