Explorations in Fiber Art is a community of artists in northern Illinois/southern Wisconsin who create a body of work prompted each year by a selected theme.
The theme this year is “It’s a Wrap: Protect, Embrace, Envelop” . This can be interpreted many ways as you will see in this body of work.
Pause the video to read the artist statements, which are rich stories reflecting the heart of the artist and their piece.
The exhibit debuted at Chicago Botanic Garden November 7-9th 2025 and will be traveling next to the Anderson Art Center in Kenosha, WI in 2026
