Ditch the New Year Resolutions - Focus on the things you love instead!

What is it about January 1st that makes us feel that we need to reinvent ourselves? Wasn't the December 31st version of ourselves good enough?

I'm not saying that change is not good....but rather than focusing on the negative or creating goals that we will probably not follow through on in a month...find what would create joy in you. Start there...focus on that.
