How do we give people a sense that knowledge of systemic racism is empowerment and not crushing information? Because, the more we understand how systemic racism works, the more effective we’ll be in using systems tools to interrupt its negative interconnections and dismantle it.
In its place, let’s build a system that helps us all thrive. Using systems thinking we'll be able to identify leverage points that are now being used for negative impact and turn them around to create a justice effect.
