This class starts in Child's pose. You can expect High Lunge Twist to Warrior 3 Flow, Crane Pose Standing Balance, Side Plank with Tree variation, Hips, hamstrings, CORE, and a neck stretch at the end. Pigeon is taken seated with a Upperback/shoulder twist to stretch the upper back.
